We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team at Champion Home Builders Inc. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in building manufactured housing and performing quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the assembly and fabrication of custom cabinets and furniture.
- Operate woodworking machinery, including saws, sanders, and drills.
- Keep the work area neat and clean.
- Read and use a tape measure.
- Read blueprints and orders.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers.
- General woodworking skills preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work quickly and methodically.
- Understanding of safety procedures.
- Good teamwork skills and ability to live the Champion Operating Principles.
- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
