Door Installation Foreman Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Door Installation Foreman to lead our team in the installation of bi-fold and hydraulic doors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising crew members, communicating with customers, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the installation of bi-fold and hydraulic door frames on buildings
  • Supervise crew members and communicate processes with customers
  • Apply exterior sheeting, insulation, and liner panel
  • Assist in the installation of the operating system
  • Operate forklifts and scissorlifts
  • Work from heights above 20 feet
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction, preferably in door installation
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain CDL
  • Ability to work 50-60 hours per week, including overtime
  • Strong work ethic, customer focus, and attention to detail
