Key Responsibilities:
 Team leaders are accountable for all operations during their shift. This encompasses cost management, inventory oversight, cash handling, and customer engagement. You set the standard and exemplify excellence for the establishment, maintaining peak performance at all times.

Your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

  • Execute all tasks of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Personnel.
  • Supervise a team ranging from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the store.
  • Welcome customers and process orders
with a friendly demeanor (yes, maintaining a positive attitude is essential when answering calls).

  • Manage the cash register and handle customer payments.
  • Prepare quick, precise, and consistent products while adhering to all portion sizes, recipes, and baking standards.

  • Deliver products by vehicle from the store to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Ensure cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
  • Uphold a professional appearance at all times in accordance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
