Site Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Director to lead our Before & After School Childcare program at Forest Hills Lutheran Christian School.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Guides to deliver engaging programs in fitness, arts, technology, and more
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site
• Train Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience
• At least 21 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by Oregon childcare licensing regulations
• Provide proof of experience as required by OR childcare licensing standards
