We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Manufacturing Production Associate to join our team at LINAK U.S., Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in assembly and manufacturing, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Production Associate will be responsible for assembling products to meet or exceed customer expectations in a safe and effective manner. This includes following standard procedures, using a wide range of hand tools and power tools, and adhering to all safety procedures and environmental guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read instructions and assemble products or sub-assemblies
- Use a wide range of Hand Tools
- Use a wide range of Power Tools
- Follow all the safety procedures, environmental guidelines and company rules and regulations while assembling
- All other duties as assigned
You will also be responsible for producing products according to schedule, utilizing C-4 and other tools to foster continuous improvement, and performing job rotations/cross training as needed.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 months of Assembly experience is preferred.
- The individual must be goal-oriented with high degree of enthusiasm.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / 5S experience is a plus.
- High efficiency, productivity, and flexibility are necessary.
- Must be able to perform job rotations / cross training and perform physical demands of all jobs on the line.
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, maternity and paternity leave, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Teladoc, tuition reimbursement, special incentive plans, onsite workout room and climate-controlled environment.
