Position Overview: Under the guidance of the Assembly Supervisor, this role is tasked with the assembly of various units of fitness and health equipment. This entry-level position focuses on one specific assembly area, such as Rigs, Xult, Racks, or General Assembly, while the individual may be in the process of learning additional sections.
Key Responsibilities: This list of duties is not exhaustive and may be adjusted to include other responsibilities as deemed necessary by management:
- Work within a designated section of the assembly department.
- Transport painted parts and machinery from racks and return racks to the paint department.
- Utilize hand or power tools to remove small quantities of metal for precise fitting of parts.
- Assemble machine components using bolts, screws, and other fasteners according to detailed instructions and blueprints.
- Package machine attachments and components following specified guidelines.
- Ensure all required tools are available at the workstation and maintained in proper working order.
- Demonstrate regular and dependable attendance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Consistently meet productivity standards throughout the shift.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
