Job Summary:

As an Oral Oncolytic Clinic Nurse at Trinity Health Michigan, you will play a vital role in managing patient care and providing education and resources to facilitate informed decision-making and timely access to quality healthcare. This position requires a registered nurse with oncology-specific clinical knowledge and experience in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments of patients, including physical, psychological, social, environmental, financial, and functional status.
• Collaborate with other clinical teams and medical staff to improve clinical outcomes and processes for identified populations.
• Serve as a clinical expert related to populations served, providing education and internal consultation to other staff.
• Monitor and modify patient care plans through an interdisciplinary and collaborative process.

Requirements:

• Graduation from a NLN or AACN accredited school of nursing.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure authorized in the state of Michigan.
• 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Preferred: Previous case management experience and specialty credentialing.
