ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to students and staff in a K-8 setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop effective interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that promote student success.
- Provide counseling and support to students and families to address academic and behavioral challenges.
- Participate in team meetings to provide guidance on academic and behavioral interventions and contribute to a positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve student success.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to school psychology.
