As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, evaluating, and treating students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized plans to address these needs.
  • IEPs and Collaborations: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with special education staff, teachers, and other professionals to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of students in grades K-12, providing regular therapy sessions and progress monitoring to ensure students meet their communication goals.
  • Experience and Education: Possess a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and be licensed to practice in the state of Colorado.
