General Orthopedic Surgeon Position

We are seeking a dedicated General Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in Riverside County. This full-time position offers flexibility with W2 or 1099 options.
The ideal candidate will have the capability to handle a variety of surgical procedures, including:
- Routine orthopedic cases
- Joint replacements
- Fracture repairs
- Knee and shoulder arthroscopies
- Achilles tendon surgeries
- Carpal tunnel releases
- Some sports-related cases (preferred but not mandatory)
Our current physicians manage approximately 7-10 days of on-call duty each month, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.
Our community is characterized by a diverse demographic, comprising approximately 50% seniors and 50% younger families.
Compensation: Competitive base salary ranging from $450K to $600K, with variations based on W2 or 1099 status.
