Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Refinishing Technician to join our team. This role involves restoring and refinishing various surfaces, including floors, walls, furniture, and fixtures using expert techniques and materials. The ideal candidate will bring worn and damaged surfaces back to their original beauty, ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect surfaces to determine the extent of refinishing required.
  • Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, and cleaning.
  • Apply appropriate refinishing materials, such as paint, varnish, or stain, to achieve desired results.
  • Repair any existing damage or imperfections.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • General Liability Preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in refinishing.
  • Proficient in refinishing techniques and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Own tools and reliable transportation.
  • Living in the US.

Benefits:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year (net 7 pay), covering all costs of materials, flexible scheduling, and a dynamic work environment.
