FAMILY WELLNESS LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Collect and remove soiled towels and linens, and restock towels and soap products.
  • Clean and maintain restrooms, locker rooms, and shower rooms.
  • Perform floor care duties, including dry and wet mopping, stripping and waxing of floors, and carpet shampooing.
  • Remove snow from sidewalks and mow the grass around the facility.
  • Prepare rooms for meetings and clean up following meetings.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks of facilities and perform minor repairs, such as painting and light bulb replacement.
  • Perform minor equipment repairs and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements:**

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of directly related experience.

**Salary:** $21.75 per hour.
