Vault Cashier

Oak View Group is seeking a skilled Vault Cashier to join our team. As a Vault Cashier, you will be responsible for verifying, balancing, and recording incoming and outgoing cash, coupons, or other items of cash value.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate a wide range of financial transactions and handle any paperwork required in an efficient and timely manner.
- Count out outgoing and incoming cash, coupons, or other items of monetary value and verify for accuracy of count, denominational quantities, and appropriate signature/date.
- Create Cash Control Forms and Cash Pick Up Slips.
- Verify amount on the Safe Count Form when the vault is restocked with revenue.
- Perform verification assignments, including counting or verifying count, sealing, labeling, and completion of required documents for Deposits.
- Additional duties as assigned by Management.
- Experience handling cash and managing vault transactions.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
