About the RoleThis fulfilling position is an essential part of our healthcare team, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth. As a Nursing Assistant, you will engage with residents daily, helping them to have purposeful and fulfilling days.
You will develop strong relationships with the residents by assisting them with their activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, and dressing. With 80 hours of comprehensive training, you will be eligible to take the CNA examination, which we cover the cost of. Upon successful completion, you will begin working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in our Skilled Nursing Facility.
**Estimated Salary:** $19.50 per hour (plus additional compensation for classroom time)
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Develop strong relationships with residents and colleagues
- Complete required training and certifications
- Must remain enrolled in a nurse aide training program
- Passing the written and skills competency evaluation for placement on the registry must be completed within four months from date of hire
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, and follow directions in English
