- ARRT(CT) and IEMA certification are mandatory.
- Certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and EFM are preferred based on departmental needs.
- National Tech Certification Verification is required.
- State License 1 Verification and NURSYS Verification are necessary.
- This role is situated within the Radiology / Cardiology department at Northwestern Medicine McHenry Hospital.
- There are no on-call duties associated with this position.
- Meal breaks are scheduled for 30 minutes.
- Weekend shifts are required every fourth Saturday and Sunday.
- Experience with equipment in a level 2 trauma center is essential.
- Available shifts include 4x10s or 5x8s.
- Familiarity with PACS and Siemens systems is preferred.
- Responsibilities include Head and Neck imaging with and/or without contrast.
- Knowledge of isolation precautions, preparation and administration of contrast media, and starting peripheral IVs is required.
- Competency in age-specific care for Neonate, Infant, Child, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, and Older Adult is necessary.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the field is required.
- Possession of ARRT(CT) and IEMA certification is required.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience is essential.
- Weekend shifts are required every fourth weekend, including Saturday and Sunday.
- Shift options include 4x10s or 5x8s.
- Experience with equipment in a level 2 trauma center is required.
- Knowledge of PACS and Siemens equipment is preferred.
- Completion and maintenance of I9 documentation is required.
- A current and valid Driver's License or Government Photo ID with address is preferred.
