Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Machinist CNC Specialist to join our team at Wagstaff Inc.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in setting up and operating CNC machines, as well as manual production equipment such as lathes and mills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and operate CNC and/or manual production machines to manufacture precision parts
  • Calculate feeds and speeds for cutting operations required to manufacture parts to prints
  • Evaluate tool wear and establish tool change frequency
  • Perform fixture maintenance and tool replacement edits

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We offer a competitive salary of $30.00 - $42.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus additional pay for overtime and shift premiums.
