Our 36-acre campus in Commack, NY, is home to the Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, offering short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care, memory care, respiratory and ventilator care, palliative and hospice care, social and medical adult day programs, and on-site dialysis and infusion therapy.

We are currently seeking a part-time LPN Supervisor for Gurwin's Assisted Living community – Gurwin Jewish ~ Fay J. Lindner Residences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional nursing care and leadership to our residents and staff.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor LPNs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Current valid NYS LPN License.
  • Previous knowledge/experience of geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong relationship building, and effective leadership capabilities.
