Paint Supervisor

The Toro Company is a leading manufacturer of outdoor power equipment and irrigation solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supervising employees within the welding and paints department, ensuring efficient operation, quality of products, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Supervise assigned employees to ensure efficient operation and quality of products
• Ensure proper operation of equipment and tooling, including robotic welders
• Conduct regular safety audits and training to ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineers to ensure paint line processes are correct and proper preventive maintenance is being conducted
• Meet required production and quality goals as determined by the Master Schedule
• Responsible for the operation of all paint application and pre-treatment equipment
• Ensure proper ergonomic work station set up, processes, tooling, and safety equipment

• Continuous interaction with personnel in the Die Cast, Paint, Welding, Shipping and Receiving, and Assembly department
• May participate in department planning meetings and task forces concerning quality and other production related topics
