Job Title: Pediatric Neuropsychologist

Manhattan Psychology Group is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Neuropsychologist to join our team. As a Pediatric Neuropsychologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations of children and adolescents, including assessments of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct neuropsychological evaluations of children and adolescents
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address cognitive, emotional, and behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and behavior analysts, to provide comprehensive care
  • Testify as part of the DOE impartial hearing process

Requirements:

  • New York State licensure as a psychologist in New York State
  • Completion of 1-2 years of postdoctoral neuropsychology fellowship
  • Workers' Compensation Insurance, Malpractice Insurance, and NPI number
  • Experience conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations of students with various learning, attentional and social-emotional challenges
  • Experience giving first diagnosis of autism and testifying as part of the DOE impartial hearing process

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Board Certification through the ABPP and/or ABPN
  • Experience evaluating students with all levels of autism, using the ADOS

Classification, Compensation & Benefits:

  • Part-time, Hourly Independent Contractors (Fully Licensed Practitioners who have completed a neuropsychology fellowship or related training)
  • Hourly rate of $160-$200/hr depending on experience and type of evaluation
