Job Summary:

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident apartments, common areas, and offices at East Ridge. This part-time position requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Residential Cleaning: Clean and dust resident apartments, including counter tops, furniture, appliances, and tile floors.
  • Bathroom Sanitation: Clean, scrub, and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Trash and Recycling: Gather and dispose of trash and recyclables using designated bags and containers.
  • Storage and Organization: Maintain storage areas and carts in a clean and organized manner.
  • Laundry Services: Assist with laundry duties in the main laundry room and deliver resident laundry as assigned.
  • Confidentiality and Customer Service: Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information and provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and staff.

Requirements:
