Dishwasher - Benihana

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Benihana. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize all tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
• Use cleaning compounds and cleaning products to maintain the cleanliness of our kitchen and dining areas.
• Perform all utility and/or maintenance duties in the restaurant as assigned by management.
• Work collaboratively with our kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
