Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Five Below. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales results, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. If you're passionate about working with customers, have a keen eye for detail, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Drive sales results by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and processing transactions accurately
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including unloading trucks and checking in shipments
  • Perform store maintenance, including taking out garbage, sweeping, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and work well in a team environment
