Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at Wasatch Property Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance needs
  • Follow job duties assigned by the supervisor to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Cross-train in different areas to develop skills and knowledge
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors
  • Inform supervisor of broken equipment and fill stations that do not work properly
Essential Tasks
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Dust and clean surfaces
  • Empty trash and recyclables
  • Vacuum and disinfect high-touch areas
  • Clean glass doors and windows
  • Clean and polish drinking fountains
  • Clean kitchens and break rooms
  • Sweep and mop stairwells
  • Wipe down handrails in stairwells
  • Clean and polish elevators
  • Keep custodial closet clean and organized

Work Schedule
