About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of Healthcare Management experience and a minimum bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field. Experience in the management of an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) is highly desirable. The successful applicant will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient processes while maintaining quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the OTP, aligning goals with business objectives and patient care outcomes.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, implementing efficient processes and protocols to enhance productivity while maintaining quality patient care.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to state and federal regulations governing opioid treatment programs.
Benefits and Salary
