Job Summary

Kohler Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lead to spearhead our revenue generation and market expansion efforts. As a key member of our Business team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to establish product market fit, drive growth, and optimize demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies that align with Kohler Ventures' vision and business objectives.
- Define growth strategies to achieve product market fit and a scalable business model.
- Own the ecommerce and digital subscription monetization strategy.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in digital growth marketing, e-commerce revenue, and digital subscriptions in a D2C business model.
- Proven track record of establishing product-market fit and driving significant revenue growth and market expansion in e-commerce and digital subscriptions preferably in a consumer tech startup preferred.
