The Medical Laboratory Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of laboratory specimens for testing. Qualifications:
- Education: Associate Degree in a science-related field from an accredited institution, preferably in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Experience: Completion of a NAACLS accredited MLS program or equivalent within the last year can substitute for one year of clinical experience.
- Certification: MLT(ASCP) or MLT(AMT) certification is required.
