Position Overview:The Automotive Service Specialist is essential in providing high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services efficiently.
Primary Duties:
- Perform comprehensive vehicle assessments to detect potential problems such as belts, hoses, and braking systems.
- Execute fundamental automotive maintenance tasks including filter changes, fluid replacements, belt and hose swaps, and tire rotations.
- Conduct oil changes, inspect engine fluids, and lubricate necessary components.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively.
- Mechanical knowledge and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven customer service skills with an emphasis on building lasting relationships.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
