Exterminating Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Exterminating Specialist to join our team at Pest-A-Rest Exterminating. As a key member of our pest control services team, you will be responsible for identifying and removing pests and vermin that infest buildings and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspecting buildings and premises for signs of pests or infestation.
• Identifying the pest and determining the best methods for removal or control.
• Estimating costs for services provided.
• Working indoors and outdoors, often in tight spaces requiring crawling or kneeling.
• Applying pesticides in and around buildings and other structures.
• Designing and implementing pest management plans.
• Driving trucks equipped with power spraying equipment.
• Cutting or boring openings in buildings or concrete to access infested areas.
• Educating clients on techniques for reducing pest problems.
• Maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina for frequent crawling, climbing, and lifting.
• Compliance with safety regulations and environmental laws.

Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
