Compassionate Caregivers Wanted for Senior Veterans

We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to provide care and support to senior veterans in Vista. As a caregiver with Qualicare North County San Diego, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors who have served our country. You will be responsible for providing personal care services, including meal preparation, mobility assistance, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
Responsibilities- Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy meals for our clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
- Stand-by Assist, Mobility, or Transfers: Provide physical assistance with walking, transferring, and mobility, ensuring our clients' safety and comfort.
- Personal Hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing): Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing, promoting our clients' independence and dignity.
- Medication reminders: Ensure our clients take their medications as prescribed, providing peace of mind for both our clients and their families.
- Light Housekeeping and Laundry: Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment, including light housekeeping and laundry duties.
- A heart for seniors: We seek caregivers who genuinely care about the well-being of our senior clients.
- Dependability and hardworking: Our caregivers must be reliable, trustworthy, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our clients receive exceptional care.
- Valid Drivers License and dependable vehicle with insurance: A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
- Criminal background check: A clean criminal record is mandatory for all caregivers working with our clients.
