Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at SuperCare Health. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in their homes, improving their quality of life and reducing hospital readmissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized respiratory care plans
  • Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on proper use and care of respiratory equipment
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program (RCP)
  • Experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs
  • Knowledge of respiratory care principles and practices
