Job Title: ALIP Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ALIP Developer to join our team at Syntricate Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong knowledge of ALIP and ALIP data structure
  • Good understanding and experience in SQL (Postgres)
  • Good understanding of XML basics
  • Good knowledge of Annuity Products
  • Good understanding of Life and Annuities product rules and business processes
  • Ability to work with team at Onshore and Offshore
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with ALIP Product Configuration or Business Configuration
  • Experience in Python would be an added advantage
  • AWS Experience
  • CICD tools/Docker/Kubernetes
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes
  • OPAS Knowledge would be an added advantage
  • Elicits, analyzes, and documents business and technical needs of Conversion
  • Communication skills
  • Customer presentation skills
