We are seeking a highly skilled Gaming Security Professional to join our team at the Kansas Star Casino.
About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property. This includes conducting regular patrols of the casino premises, responding to emergency situations, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patrols of the casino to identify and address potential security concerns.
- Respond to emergency situations in accordance with established protocols.
- Develop and maintain relationships with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date on all security protocols and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., law enforcement, security studies).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in law enforcement or security preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Salary Range:
- $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
