Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each twin.
- Maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's daily activities, meals, and sleep schedules.
- Assist with diaper changes, feeding, and putting infants to sleep while promoting healthy habits and routines.
- Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and consistency in care.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus, but not required.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families.
