Job Description

Overview

Locke Supply Co. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Associate to provide exceptional service to our customers at our branch locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers, offering advice and recommendations based on their needs, and ensuring that our retail store is clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Deliver products to customers and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Offer advice and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail store, including inventory management and tracking
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading equipment and supplies
  • Prepare and oversee jobs for the next day, ensuring that equipment and supplies are ready to be loaded into trucks

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination and DOT physical and drug test
