We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Laconia Rehabilitation Center in Laconia, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also be responsible for administering medications, performing treatments, and delegating patient care responsibilities to staff members.
Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff members and supervise their work
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification required
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting preferred
