Centurion Managed Care is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comprehensive healthcare services to incarcerated patients at Moberly Correctional Institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic nursing care to patients within the scope of practice, working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical staff.
  • Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs, including medical and psychiatric care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications, perform routine medical procedures, and provide education to patients and families.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required.
  • Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, including a drug screen and criminal background check.
