School Groundskeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable School Groundskeeper to join our team at the Chatfield Fire Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful and safe campus environment.

This role involves performing routine grounds-keeping duties, including clearing debris, trimming bushes, and mowing lawns. You will also be responsible for removing snow from entrances and walks, spreading sand and ice melting chemicals, and performing other related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in grounds-keeping or a related field.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions.

As a School Groundskeeper with the Chatfield Fire Department, you can expect a salary range of $35,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
