Job Overview

Position Summary
As a Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatrics, you will provide personalized and direct care to children and their families by utilizing established nursing processes and methodologies. You will work collaboratively with patients, their families, and various healthcare professionals to ensure the effective delivery of care and the attainment of optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized nursing care in accordance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
- Engage in committee activities, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Uphold the standards and ethical obligations outlined in the Texas Nurse Practice Act.

Educational Requirements
Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma or Associate Degree).

Experience Requirements
No prior experience is necessary.

Licenses and Certifications
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- CPR-BCLS certification.
- PALS certification to be obtained within 18 months of hire.
