About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care/Medication Technician to join our team at Lakeside Assisted Living. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on care and physical support to residents, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Observe and report any changes in resident condition, including symptoms, behavior, and physical changes.
  • Assist with medication administration, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Document resident information, including medication administration and any changes in condition.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
Requirements
  • Certified Nurse's Aid (CNA) certification preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a care setting.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
