Job Summary

The Security Concierge is a vital role at Life Time Fitness, responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our members and staff. As a Security Concierge, you will serve as a general security presence in our facilities, preventing crimes and reporting suspicious activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming and secure environment for members and staff
  • Patrol facilities to prevent and detect security breaches
  • Respond to security incidents and concerns
  • Document all security-related incidents and activities
  • Collaborate with Asset Protection Manager to conduct surveillance audits and reviews
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6 months of experience as a security guard
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Awareness of potential injuries and ability to handle emergencies
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
  • Law Enforcement/Military experience
