Drive participant enrollment and business growth at Element Care PACE as our Chief Growth Strategist. We are seeking a strategic leader with expertise in sales processes, partnership building, branding, digital marketing, and community engagement.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves leading and integrating Business Development, Outreach, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and enrollment targets. Develop and execute a strategic plan for participant growth and market expansion, coach and develop team members, and build and maintain win/win partnerships with referral sources.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enrollment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for market expansion and participant growth.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements to ensure sustainable referral pipelines.
- Oversight of community awareness initiatives to promote Element Care PACE.
- Execute effective outreach strategies targeting participants, caregivers, and referral partners.
- Manage Element Care's brand to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in sales or business development, ideally in healthcare, senior services, or managed care.
- Proven experience in developing partnerships and managing teams.
- Strong track record in creating and executing growth strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
