Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team at Kind Hearts Caring Angels Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care under the guidance of nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of comfort and well-being for our patients.
  • Groom and bathe patients with limited mobility, promoting dignity and respect in every interaction.
  • Prepare patient rooms with necessary items, including blankets, pillows, medical equipment, and bathroom essentials, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Assist patients with eating and medication administration, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of essential services.
  • Maintain regular meal schedules and monitor medication dosages, prioritizing patient safety and health.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to nursing and medical staff, ensuring prompt attention to patient needs.
  • Support patients with mobility needs, transferring them safely between wheelchairs and beds.
  • Turn and reposition patients regularly to prevent bedsores and promote comfort.
  • Encourage physical activity through assisted walking, helping patients maintain their strength and mobility.
  • Prioritize companionship and basic care, providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • A compassionate and caring demeanor, with a genuine passion for delivering person-centered care.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures, ensuring accurate and effective communication with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, embracing a culture of mutual respect and support.
What We Offer:
