- Operate and maintain custodial equipment, including floor care machines and cleaning solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and take direction is essential.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record.
