About the Position

At Power Design, Inc., we're seeking a seasoned Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to spearhead our mechanical work expansion. This pivotal role ensures high-quality project outcomes, maintains safety standards, and fosters customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project Superintendents and other trade leaders to oversee project scope, managing resources and material effectively.
  • Enforce and promote rigorous quality and safety protocols across all sites.
  • Leverage technology, including iPads and smartphones, to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
  • Skillfully supervise, mentor, and motivate employees on designated projects.

Requirements:

  • Preferred OSHA 30 certification.
  • Progressive experience as a mechanical or plumbing leader who excels in using technology and seeks career growth.
  • Proven field supervisor with at least five years of experience managing scopes and leading multimillion-dollar projects.
  • Active journeyman or master license preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of IECC, ICC, ASHRAE Standards, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
  • Familiarity with project management applications like Bluebeam, ProCore, BIM 360, CrewConnect, FieldWire, and/or Open Space is an asset.
  • Ability to travel to various Power Design project sites within Florida as needed.
  • Demonstrate and uphold Power Design's core values: integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
