Job Overview

Hertz, a leading car rental company, is seeking energetic and team-driven individuals to work as Rideshare Drivers.

This opportunity allows you to drive Hertz cars while earning a competitive wage.

The job offers flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers from one location to another in accordance with Service Club training and customer service policies and procedures.
• Provide a pleasant experience for passengers, respond to their requests, and adapt to their preferences.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading the vehicle.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, in good working order, and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Use GPS and maps to find the best route to the destination.
• Use the Uber phone application to accept ride requests and communicate with passengers.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws, comply with all Uber and Hertz terms and conditions, and code of conduct.
• Protect company assets and follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Minimum age to drive: 23
• Flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Working under pressure
• Driving in rush hour traffic
• Driving in adverse weather conditions
• Taking responsibility for the safety of passengers
• Good driving skills and sense of direction
