Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team at Mission Veterinary Partners. As a key member of our veterinary care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supporting our veterinarians, and delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient Care: Under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian, you will be responsible for administering medications, performing laboratory tests, and providing nursing care to our patients.
  • Support Veterinary Team: You will work closely with our veterinarians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
  • Communicate with Clients: You will provide excellent client communication, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Record Keeping: You will maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and test results.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Some veterinary industry experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, surgery, dental, and nursing skills required.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate patience and composure in stressful situations, and maintain a calm and efficient demeanor during medical crises.
