Job Summary

We are seeking a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, to provide superior customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Furnish general and detailed information to customers regarding water services, billing inquiries and account information.
  • Receive and process requests for service installations, connections, discontinuance or changes in service and issue appropriate work orders, discontinuance orders, and final bills using the database system.
  • Complete contract forms, determine charges for services requested, prepare change of address records and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained.
  • Adjust and process customer complaints; provide recommendations on resolutions of customer complaints on complex matters requiring timely resolutions.
Requirements
  • Working experience/knowledge of database systems, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate patience and understanding to ensure superior customer service.
  • Ability to understand and speak Spanish fluently.
  • Positive attitude with great problem-solving skills.
