We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a correctional facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals in the Mental Health Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to individuals in the Mental Health Unit
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Current LPN licensure in North Carolina or compact state
- At least 3 months of recent correctional experience or Behavioral Health/Psych experience
- BLS certification
- TB test within the last year
