Deliver Innovative Solutions as a Systems Engineer (SaaS)

At Network and Data Solutions Integrators (NDSI), we're seeking a skilled Systems Engineer (SaaS) to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge software solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and develop Mission Systems software services for various programs, leveraging expertise in software development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move software through the development process, from requirements to integration and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our development, test, and production environments, ensuring seamless software delivery.
  • Provide technical peer review and support to ensure high-quality software solutions.
  • Work within a geographically-dispersed team of engineering and program management professionals to deliver software solutions that meet client needs.
  • Handle administrative, operational, and technical support tasks related to FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS), a Flexera Software Asset Management product.
  • Analyze system data, create regular reports, and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and licensing teams.
  • Perform system administration and support tasks, including inventory health checks, monitoring dashboards, and system status.
  • Communicate, diagnose, and ensure remediation in the event of system failure, applying system updates as needed.
  • Implement new rules and business adapters to collect current data, ensuring excluded devices and applications are included on the system.
  • Monitor agent health, ensuring the successful deployment of the latest agent and beacon application, and managing user account rights and accesses.
  • Implement and maintain automated processes to handle orphan, duplicated, and decommissioned devices, and monitor product releases and upgrades.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in networking, IP addressing, and ports.
  • 3+ years of experience in Flexera architecture, beacon servers, and agents.
  • Knowledge of SQL scripting language to check connection strings.
  • 5+ years of experience in Windows Server 2016/2019, RHEL7/8, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and eligibility to obtain a CI Poly.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
