Job Summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to operate scanners and produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. As a CT Technologist, you will work closely with patients to ensure their comfort and safety throughout the scanning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen patients for any precautions or contradictions before scanning
  • Explain and prepare patients for scanning procedures, ensuring they understand the process and their role
  • Perform routine and advanced scanning procedures with minimal supervision, while providing patient support and comfort
  • Adjust scanning parameters correctly and maintain equipment in good working order
  • Accurately maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

  • ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiography
  • Licensed Radiological Technologist in the applicable state, if required
  • Current CPR certification
  • Training and experience sufficient to competently perform scanning procedures independently
